Jude's Take

Do you look like the “pro” you are?

Have you noticed? Dressing up is back — big time.

Even in Silicon Valley.

I just read in the Wall Street Journal: hoodies? Not so much. Flip-flops? Save them for the beach.

A few years ago, I gave a speech for a CEA firm at their retreat.

They asked me to address how “casual Friday” had turned into casual Monday-through-Friday.

So I included a segment called Plunge to Grunge.

Here’s the value in dressing up:

First, you look more professional.
You look like someone who is highly successful — and that image attracts success.

I once interviewed a venture capitalist who told me:
“If I’m going to invest in a company, a team, a product, or a service, I want their people to look like they know what to do with it.”

So if you want to know more about Dress Up, Move Up — one of our keynotes — give us a call.

It’s a visual world, and we want you to have every possible advantage when you walk into a room… whether that’s with clients, investors, or anyone evaluating your potential.
